As a wholesaler, you agree to comply with all federal, state, and local regulations governing the sale and distribution of tobacco products, including licensing, reporting, and tax requirements. It is your responsibility to maintain proper licenses for the sale of tobacco products in your state or region.
All orders are subject to product availability. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all products listed on our website are available; however, we do not guarantee stock availability and reserve the right to cancel any orders due to product unavailability.
All prices listed on our website or quoted in written correspondence are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on order volume, product availability, and other factors. We will inform you of any price changes before processing your order.
Cigar Smuggler may have minimum order requirements for wholesale purchases, which will be stated on our website or provided to you upon request.
Orders must be placed via our online platform, email, or by phone, depending on the communication method agreed upon. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee that the order will be accepted or shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on cigars or tobacco products unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.
If a product is defective or damaged, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive damaged or defective goods, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Claims for damage must be made within the stated time frame.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, resale, distribution, and use of tobacco products. You understand and acknowledge that it is illegal to sell tobacco products to individuals under the age of 21.
Due to restrictions on the sale of tobacco products, we may limit or prohibit sales to certain states or jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant laws in your state.

You may not use any of our trademarks or copyrighted material without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cigar Smuggler, its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products sold or from any other breach of these Terms and Conditions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Cigar Smuggler’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the products purchased in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in Clearwater, Florida. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of such arbitration proceedings.
Cigar Smuggler reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
